I’ve been designing full custom homes, additions and remodels of all sizes since 1993. Whatever your needs, I can help. Project Management when there is construction work to be done can be just as challenging, and having someone wholly on your side as decisions are made and work is done can be a great relief for time as well as stress.
Design and Project Management Services are presented as a detailed scope of work crafted just for you, with a flat fee for two options: one that is designer led and one that is client led.

Architectural Plan Review
Creating beautiful homes is a team effort. Working with talented architects or drafters to build the home of your dreams is a great start.
For new custom homes, remodels or additions, bringing in an interior designer only makes that better. And a designer who has the construction knowledge and experience of creating full plans for custom homes, remodels and additions since the 1990s, gives you a winning team.

This second look (or more) will allow a new perspective with the goals of making sure your voice is heard down to the tiniest detail. We will review function and flow alongside your style goals. A review at any point in the planning process will avoid buyer’s remorse and save you costly changes during the build phase.

An initial consultation in your home allows us to discuss your needs, problem solve for space planning, and create an action plan for going forward. Designer On Call, Monthly
After a consultation, new items will come up that may not need an hour to discuss. Rather than wait until you’ve collected a new list, a designer on call is just what some clients want, providing expert guidance as you improve your home. This remote concierge service offers professional feedback and practical solutions for decorating, remodel or construction projects.
What’s Included*
- Professional design feedback on selections, finishes, furnishings, layouts, and other design decisions to support cohesiveness, style, flow, and function.
- Responses within two business days.
- Up to 90 minutes of remote design support per month, which may be used for video consultations, phone calls, email feedback, or design reviews.
- Additional consulting time available at standard hourly rates.
Monthly Fee
- $175 per month.
